User Interface Analysis Using the Heuristic Evaluation Method on the Website of Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia and PMDDTT

An interface is a bridge between the world of a product or system and the world of the user. The interface is a medium that connects communication between two domains (product/system and humans) and plays a full role in translating every action and reaction from these two domains. In everyday life, humans can interact with objects around them through the existence of this interface. This research uses a descriptive - quantitative approach which is carried out by processing and presenting data using numerical or statistical calculations using scores or values to enable researchers to make objective decisions. The author's testing of the BPSDM PMDDTT Web was carried out during November 2023.
