Abstract

Bank Sampah IPPEC (Ikatan Pemuda Pemudi Creative) is a community of young people in Bojongsawah Village, Kebonpedes Sub-district, Sukabumi Regency who work on waste. Ideas and ideas to reduce waste in the Bojong Sawah Village environment are contained in the community in the form of vision and mission, Bank Sampah IPPEC has a vision, namely Healthy Generation of Beneficiaries for Independent, Creative and Innovative Communities. While the mission is to create a good waste management system, create a clean and healthy environmental governance, increase high public awareness, create a generation that cares about a healthy environment, foster the creativity of citizens in terms of waste recycling, improve the community economy. Bank Sampah IPPEC has been running since 2019, of course, it already has superior products that have been produced, such as the Ecobrik Sofa Chair as part of its basic ingredients from inorganic type waste and Maggot from organic waste. The

description of the organizational structure of the Bank Sampah IPPEC consists of the chairman, vice chairman, secretary, treasurer, head of weighing, head of sorting, head of marketing, head of organic and non-organic management. In the implementation of making products produced from waste managed by the Bank Sampah IPPEC, there are still problems, including not optimizing product marketing, so that product sales are not maximized. To solve the above problems, a training on digital marketing is needed to increase product sales from Bank Sampah IPPEC.
