Abstract

The use of technology to support village administration is needed to support various activities and data needs to be archived for each activity. In archiving these activity documents, employees in Karangtengah Village, Cibadak District, Sukabumi Regency still carry out data processing manually. For this reason, it is necessary to improve basic skills in managing data with Microsoft Word, currently archiving still uses physical file storage. Employees in Karangtengah Village, Cibadak sub-district, Sukabumi Regency also still have difficulty in the process of using computers, so having community service activities is very beneficial for them. This form of community service activity is filled with training activity material on the application of activity monitoring systems. The aim of this activity is to improve participants' skills in using activity monitoring applications so that they can save time in monitoring activities and minimize errors. Meanwhile, the benefits of this activity are that participants can better understand and maximize their ability to use activity monitoring system applications, increase knowledge and skills in the computer field, benefits for tutors, it is hoped that they will be able to dedicate their knowledge to society as a form of embodiment of one of the Tri Dharmas of Higher Education. Apart from that, tutors can have experience in planning, implementing and evaluating activities organized for the community, which is of course different from lecturers' daily activities in teaching students on campus. The planned output target for this community service activity is to create an article in print or electronic mass media that will be published locally to serve as documentation evidence of the existence of this community service activity.
