Information technology in its development can have a positive impact, but it can also have a negative impact. The high number of cases of cybercrime, known as cyberspace, is a real threat. Preventive efforts are needed to minimize this risk, including through cyber security training. This community service activity is carried out by providing direct assistance to students, namely using the Participatory Action Research method. The aim of this training is to improve digital literacy skills with a focus on material regarding cyber security in the school environment, especially SMPN 14 Madiun City. The results of this activity show that the students or students were very enthusiastic about participating in the training. Their digital literacy skills regarding cyber security can be further improved by utilizing learning media which contains educational content regarding the security of email and gadget use, password security, social media use, digital transaction security, and personal data security.

Cikundul Village is a sub-district located in Lembursitu District, Sukabumi City. The making of cover letters in Cikundul Subdistrict still uses conventional methods, where people have to come directly to the subdistrict office, this is felt to be less effective in terms of service to the community. The use of technology is needed to help the community and sub-district staff to produce maximum services. This community service activity initiated a digitalization program for the creation of cover letters issued by Cikundul Village. The aim of this program is to make it easier for local people who want to apply for a letter of introduction from the sub-district. This program was created to simplify and speed up the time for processing letters, it can be done at home or other places, the letters will be collected when completed and immediately validated by authorized officials. It is hoped that digitizing this cover letter can help maximize sub-district services to the community efficiently.

Google Forms also have several advantages which include: easy to operate, economical, free, not limited by time and space, responsive, and easy to share. In the process of carrying out the task of making questionnaires, Karangtengah Village still uses paper which is distributed to respondents. The number of questionnaires distributed and the number of questionnaires received sometimes does not match, causing data errors. So because of this problem, to make the process of creating a questionnaire easier, we will use Google Form. The role of technology in the current Digitalization Era allows Village Governments to develop the effectiveness of the public services provided by improving administrative processes, communication and service delivery to the community. One example of technological innovation is the WhatsApp Business application. This application can be used to communicate directly with residents so that the delivery of information is faster and more effective. In line with this, the proposer and partners agreed to hold community service activities by providing training on the use of the WhatsApp Business Application for Village Officials in an effort to improve public services. This activity was carried out over 2 days using a method that involved the active participation of participants through intensive training sessions and interactive tutorials. The results of the activity showed that the majority of aspects evaluated in the questionnaire were assessed positively by the participants so that they could be declared successful in increasing their insight and skills, especially in utilizing digital technology for public services.

This Community Service activity was carried out on the Bina Sarana Informatika University campus, Jl. Veteran II No.20A, Selabatu, Kec. Cikole, Sukabumi City, West Java. Community service activities in collaboration with the Karangtengah - Cibadak Village Hall Office. This activity aims to assist partners in the selection process for village apparatus candidates. The problem faced by partners is that they do not yet have technology or media that can be used to assess selection results quickly, transparently and in real time. As well as negative assessments from selection participants because of concerns that the selection results could be manipulated by insiders. It is hoped that the solution we have provided can help partners overcome their problems in selecting prospective village officials using the quizizz feature. This feature provides a clean selection, where the selection results can be seen transparently and on the same day after the selection test is carried out. The target and output of this Community Service is the publication of articles in print or electronic mass media

This is an opportunity to hold community service in the form of Graphic Design Training Using Canva for Disseminating Public Information in Karangtengah Village, Sukabumi Regency. The Sukabumi City Campus Information Systems Study Program, Bina Sarana Informatika University plans to hold this activity for all staff in Karangtengah Village. Training will be carried out offline in compliance with health protocols.
