The high number of cases of cybercrime, known as cyberspace, is a real threat. Preventive efforts are needed to minimize this risk, including through cyber security training. This community service activity is carried out by providing direct assistance to students, namely using the Participatory Action Research method. The aim of this training is to improve digital literacy skills with a focus on material regarding cyber security in the school environment, especially SMPN 14 Madiun City. The results of this activity show that the students or students were very enthusiastic about participating in the training. The use of technology is needed to help the community and sub-district staff to produce maximum services. This community service activity initiated a digitalization program for the creation of cover letters issued by Cikundul Village. The aim of this program is to make it easier for local people who want to apply for a letter of introduction from the sub-district. This program was created to simplify and speed up the time for processing letters, it can be done at home or other places, the letters will be collected when completed and immediately validated by authorized officials. Thus, it can be concluded that Google Forms are very suitable for collecting opinions from people who are far away, managing the contents of questionnaires, collecting data, creating impromptu quizzes, reviewing simpler tasks, and so on. Google Forms also have several advantages which include: easy to operate, economical, free, not limited by time and space, responsive, and easy to share. In the process of carrying out the task of making questionnaires, Karangtengah Village still uses paper which is distributed to respondents. The number of questionnaires distributed and the number of questionnaires received sometimes does not match, causing data errors. So because of this problem, to make the process of creating a questionnaire easier, we will use Google Form. Using Google Forms as a tool for assessing the task work process also supports the implementation of work quickly and accurately. Google Form is one of the right choices as a medium to facilitate the implementation of work in Karangtengah Village. This media was chosen with the hope that all village officials will be more focused on carrying out their tasks and can minimize the duration of work compared to handwriting. One example of technological innovation is the WhatsApp Business application. This application can be used to communicate directly with residents so that the delivery of information is faster and more effective. In line with this, the proposer and partners agreed to hold community service activities by providing training on the use of the WhatsApp Business Application for Village Officials in an effort to improve public services. This activity was carried out over 2 days using a method that involved the active participation of participants through intensive training sessions and interactive tutorials. The development of cloud computing technology used in the Google Drive service has changed the way organizations manage digital archives. With cloud computing, digital archives can be accessed from anywhere with an internet connection, enabling easier and more efficient collaboration between team members. Meanwhile, the archive management of the Karangtengah Cibadak Sukabumi Village Office is not yet optimal. Google Drive allows users to store, manage and share various types of files and documents online and is considered more efficient and structured. The use of artificial intelligence (AI) technology in Google Drive also helps in searching and grouping archives, making the documentation management process faster. For example, the smart search feature allows users to find documents based on keywords or content within the document. In addition, Google Drive also provides advanced security features, such as data encryption, access control settings, and protection against malware, thereby ensuring the safety of digital archives from cyber threats.
