Abstract

Based on an existing problem, the author came up with the idea to create a web-based application for employee payroll of Pontianak City Human Resources Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office. During this design phase, the Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) and Logical Record Structure (LRS) used for database design modeling and the Unified Modeling Language (UML) using figure modeling.
