Aplikasi E-Retailing Berbasis WEB Pada PT. SMART Retail Perkasa Kota Pontianak

Abstract

PT. Smart Retail Perkasa is a company engaged in retail or business activities that do not only sell real products to consumers, selling services or services to end consumers for personal use not but also adding value to the product through additional business. During this time PT. Smart Retail Perkasa Pontianak City still uses a manual system in ordering and recording online orders, and the absence of online sales recapitulation reports this can hinder companies in obtaining information about profit/loss and the development of assets owned so that it can have an impact on decision-making processes that are not appropriate. The sales system and the limitations of promoting goods at the company require to create and develop an online-based sales application that allows companies and consumers to interact to order goods easily and directly, so that there are no errors in the management of order data, transactions, and financial reports. The methodology used in the following research uses the waterfall method. The results of the following research are in the form of an application design that is able to manage online sales data. This web based e-retailing application was created using the PHP (Hypertext Processor) programming language as a tool and run the software, Sublime Text 3 as the source code editor, MySQL as the database, Php Myadmin 4.9.2 as the database editor, and Wampserver 3.2.0. as the web server.
