Penyeleksian Produk Tablet Android Berbasis Teknologi Menggunakan Metode Vikor

Abstrak - Perkembangan dunia usaha kini mengalami kemajuan yang sangat pesat. Semakin majunya perkembangan teknologi merupakan salah satu indikasi era globalisasi yang menyebabkan persaingan antar perusahaan semakin gencar. Sedangkan keberhasilan dalam persaingan itu sendiri akan tercapai apabila perusahaan dapat menciptakan inovasi yang berbeda dan mampu mempertahankan customernya. Masalah dalam skripsi ini adalah 1) Banyak customer merasa kesulitan dalam menyeleksi produk teknologi berupa Tablet. 2) Sulitnya memilih metode yang tepat terhadap produk teknologi seperti Tablet. sejumlah variabel untuk mengukur penyeleksian dan evaluasi terhadap produk berbasis terknologi berupa Tablet, Sebuah metode untuk memberikan penilaian tehadap penyeleksian dan evaluasi produk berteknologi berupa Tablet, adapun pendekatan metode yang akan diterapkan untuk penyeleksian dan evaluasi menggunakan metode Vikor. Data yang digunakan berupa data Deskriptif Kuantitatif, data primer didapatkan dari buku dan jurnal yang terkait dengan penelitian ini, dan data sekunder didapat dari hasil wawancara dengan kepala toko dan sales, dan melakukan observasi ke toko yang bersangkutan. Data yang diperoleh diolah menggunakan metode model VIKOR. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan sebagai berikut, 1) Metode VIKOR digunakan untuk membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan multikriteria dengan tujuan untuk memberikan solusi kompromi yang paling dekat dengan solusi ideal. Data ini mewakili berbagai kalangan responden dan kriteria yang relevan dengan kebutuhan dan preferensi customer dalam memilih tablet Android. 2) Dengan menggunakan metode VIKOR, kita dapat melihat bagaimana setiap tablet diukur berdasarkan berbagai kriteria dan bagaimana mereka dibandingkan satu sama lain dalam hal kinerja keseluruhan. Dengan menggunakan metode VIKOR, kita dapat melihat bagaimana setiap tablet diukur berdasarkan berbagai kriteria dan bagaimana mereka dibandingkan satu sama lain dalam hal kinerja keseluruhan.

Abstracts - The development of the business world is now experiencing very rapid progress. The increasingly advanced development of technology is an indication of the era of globalization which causes competition between companies to become more intense. Meanwhile, success in competition itself will be achieved if the company can create different innovations and is able to retain its customers. The problems in this thesis are 1) Many customers find it difficult to select technology products in the form of tablets. 2) It is difficult to choose the right method for technology products such as tablets. a number of variables to measure the selection and evaluation of technology-based products in the form of tablets. A method for providing an assessment of the selection and evaluation of technology-based products in the form of tablets. The method approach that will be applied for selection and evaluation uses the Vikor method. The data used is Quantitative Descriptive data, primary data was obtained from books and journals related to this research, and secondary data was obtained from interviews with shop heads and sales, and conducting observations at the shop concerned. The data obtained was processed using the VIKOR model method. This research produces the following conclusions, 1) The VIKOR method is used to assist in multi-criteria decision making with the aim of providing a compromise solution that is closest to the ideal solution. This data represents various groups of respondents and criteria that are relevant to customer needs and preferences in choosing an Android tablet. 2) Using the VIKOR method, we can see how each tablet measures up against various criteria and how they compare to each other in terms of overall performance.
